We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at hello@straehne-studio.de with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to return your order.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they are defective.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
